It is a time when many of us become reflective and examine our lives in terms of the year that has passed and the year that is ahead. Giving Thanks 11/20/2016 Whenever I see the calendar heading towards November I begin to think of thankfulness. After all, it is the month of Thanksgiving and the kick-off to the holiday season. The host was talking about Martin Seligman’s theory of happiness (now known as the Well-Being Theory). She did a good job of summarizing the theory; giving examples, and talking about its relevance and importance.
